How do I know if I qualify?
You must be an Australian citizen, 18 years or over and have a regular income
Do you do a credit check?
Fists time applicants will undergo an accredited check, but only with your permission first
What are your working hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm (AEST). But you can leave a message, send an text, email or fax at any time and we will respond the next business day
How do the repayments work?
We will set up a direct debit, at no charge to you, and we can deduct weekly, fortnightly or even monthly (to approved customers)
What if I want to pay out the account early?
You can and there is no penalty to do so. We can open your account open for a period of time without activity
Are my personal details safe?
Yes, We use the most up to date encryptions with all our applications and storage
What happens if I miss a payment?
We will contact you via phone, sms, email or mail and make a request for a payment to be made
Can I stop a payment?
You will need to contact us by phone so we can confirm it is you – we will also need details of why the payment needs to be deferred so that we can assist you in managing your account
How quickly do I get the credit facility funds?
Established clients can usually access their money same day or overnight depending on who you bank with and time of transaction. New clients could be a little longer
What does the loan cost me?
Because there are no establishment fees or charges, direct debits fees or administration fees you only pay interest on the amount of money which is used
What if there is a default on my credit file?
Because we look at every application in person (not by a computer-scoring), we look at the whole picture, so having a default does not automatically disqualify you from having a loan (of course each case is considered on its own)
Do I need security?
Generally all line of credit accounts are unsecured, but in some circumstances we may need to secure the account with an item (conditions apply)
What if I am on a pension?
It depends on your current income source, the type of pension you are on and what your outgoing financial commitments are
Can I draw down on my account?
Yes, you can borrow up to the established limit at any time as long as there are funds available. This is achieved my making regular payments to lower the outstanding balance
What do I do if I want to complain?
You can send an email, go to our Legal Page, or you can call our office and register your complaint.
What happens if I can’t afford to pay?
You need to contact us by telephone in the first instance
How do I get my funds when approved?
They will directly transferred into your nominated account when approved
How does the whole process work, when I do the application?
You need to do an application, whether it be online or another method (people don’t always have internet). We need proof of income, your last bank statements (90 days) and your ID, then we need to do a credit check, make sure you can financially support this loan enquiry and then we speedily get your contract out and get the funds to you as fast as we can.
